Lakes Entrance doesn't have much in the way of landmarks.
It does have a giant yellow octopus on the roof of the Sea Shell Museum though.
Tarsha, the family's Maltese/Shitzu Terrier. She dies of cancer a year or go ago. The very first, and only, fish that I've ever caught. Dad also caught one that day.
My friend Josh loves James Dean. I was nice enough to the poster to Melbourne as he couldn't fit it on the bus home. Midsumma '06 had Taiko drummers! My very first Halloween and I had to work. The boss is the vampire interested in my neck. The vamp on the left is his wife. Dad didn't need to dress up.
Mel made a much better Devil than I did. I have no idea what Guss came as.
He didn't either.
Angels, devils and vampires were the big hits. Honestly? I have no idea.
I did a belly dancing course. This is from the final presentation. I decided not to show my skin for my belly dancing final. More belly dancers. Linda (in red and blue) was the instructor.
My car! I bought it almost brand new.
Only 5 more years and I own it outright :)
Josh and I found a little gallery above an optometrist with sculptures were made out of scrap metal.
Aliens!
Metal Predators. Darth Vader(s) and some Gundams.
Friends and I dressed up for the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie. We scored free movies tickets from it. Dad at the Melbourne Aquarium inside the starfish tank. Yes, the fish are swimming inside the car. I love rays. They look so sad from this side.
The 'Moon Pool' room is my favourite at the Aquarium, it's full of jellyfish. Scienceworks in Spotswood was so much fun! They had giant animatronic beasties. Gaint croc at Scienceworks. Oh no! Mum's an environasty!
Adam is incapable of pulling a straight face. Yeah, we all took turns at this. It took two goes to get this, Dad kept wandering off. Lakes Entrance RSL staff Christmas party. I miss working with these guys.
The view from the hill where I live. A sunset as seen from my back yard.
I didn't tamper with the colours in any way, this is how it looked.
I love the gardens in Melbourne, they have some beautiful statues and fountains. The Fairy Tree in Melbourne.
More detail from the Fairy Tree. Best. Slide. Ever! One of my favourite fountains. Water restrictions mean that it doesn't flow as it should. A beautiful statue outside the Conservatory.
I love circuses! The animals were adorable. The juggler was very talented. I'd never seen slackwire work before.
It's not a circus without lions. Marvin!
Marvin the Martian is one of my *favourite* Warner Brothers characters.
The Bugs oscar at the Warner Brothers store amused me. Oh Alex Ross, how I do love your art.
If I'd had $2000 I so would have bought this.
